Singapore American School is currently undergoing major overhaul of their existing High School building and Performance Arts Centre Complex with major additions & alterations works and extensive interior configuration & design works to upgrade the school campus in meeting the new learning pedagogies, safety & statutory standards and giving a new refreshed modern outlook of the campus.
The major upgrading works intends to add more floor area with new facade to increase the learning spaces for the students and to create a coherent modern outlook of the various existing buildings across the entire campus. The interior spaces are also entirely reconfigured to create
a more collaborative learning environment in support of the new learning pedagogies with new physical connections and social spaces to promote social interactions and effective wayfinding.
The extensive A&A works will be implemented in multi-phases across 3 to 4 years with the school operations remaining fully alive through the entire duration of upgrading works. Thus, the execution of
these multi-phased upgrading works across 3 to 4 years would require careful and seamless planning in design, authority compliances and implementation to ensure timely execution of the projects with minimal impact to the existing live school operations.
