Proposal for Sports & Recreational Facilities at Ulu Pandan

Strategically located at the mid-point of the upcoming Ulu Pandan Linear Park,

the proposed sports & recreational facilities is envisaged as a “Pit-Stop” to provide a respite, oasis and hub for social, sports and community activities. Nestled within the greenery of the larger vicinity of the Clementi Forest, the “Pit Stop” also aims be a green and sustainable development that would complement the existing greenery and ecosystem. 

The “Pit Stop” is proposed as an outdoor sports, adventure & recreational venue that is opened to the public with facilities such as adventure & climbing courses, children play zones, soccer pitches, archery range, tennis courts, bicycle kiosks and F&B, etc. The proposed design aims to be inclusive and accessible for all people of varied ages, interests and abilities with design features that provide seamless and accessible connectivity to the vicinity of public spaces and parks, such as the Ulu Pandan Linear Park and Rail Corridor.
