With the old age of the existing shophouse factory terrace that was built in the early 70’s, the building was given a new lease of life by injecting a new use of co-living spaces within the shophouse factory terrace. The entire building was upgraded and refurnished to be given a refreshing outlook and at the same time to meet the latest code requirements.

The co-Living premise is located within the heritage enclave of Jalan Besar / Lavendar Street area that has an eclectic mix of traditional factories and modern F&B/apartments within the vicinity. Thus, the interior design of the co-living space is inspired by the rustic flavor with the authenticity and rawness of the light manufacturing industry of the 60s-80s that is still sprawling within the vicinity.

The design is a modern re-interpretation of the post-war design trend of the 60s to 80s with the eclectic use of industrial manufactured  interior & furniture material such as wood, metal, ceramic, terracotta mosaic & terrazzos, etc.
