Serviced Apartment at River Valley Road

OWAA has been appointed to overhaul the interior design of 2 full floors of serviced apartments, comprising of 16 units with a total of 65 bedrooms. The original design was designed 20 years ago and needs an overhaul with a requirement from the owner to double the number of bedrooms. In order to increase the bedroom numbers without compromising on the quality of space, OWAA has re-laid out the floor plan such that every bedroom is to have its own windows and ensuite bathroom with maximum clear ceiling height of up to 2.7m.

Choice of materials and colors are meant to achieve a visually light, uplifting and endearing ambience.

While the room interiors went for a neutral colour palette, the common areas like corridors and lobbies opted for a stronger contrast in colours and materials so as to give the welcome experience for the guests a more distinctive character.

OWAA is appointed the architect, the Qualified Person as well as the interior designer for this serviced apartment revamp.
