Little India Heritage Hotel

This is a 3-storey mixed art deco conserved hotel with a roof terrace at Little India Historic District. OWAA has been appointed to restore the shophouse fully, including repair/replacement/repainting of the façade elements, and to add new guest rooms to the hotel development.

The original traditional timber framed stained glass windows are fully restored and the façade colours are given a complementary set of mocha, brown, beige colours to blend sensitively with the original stained glass on the facade.

These colours would not only achieve a coherent colour palette for the façade but also allow this heritage hotel to stand out against its neighbours.
