Corner Office Building at New Bridge Road

No. 35 New Bridge Road is a 6-storey corner office building with high visibility from New Bridge Road and Carpenter Street. The existing building will be retained while Addition and Alteration works are to be carried out on the building façade and crown, with internal reconfiguration of the building service core. OWAA has successfully reconfigured the services and staircase and have also revamped the façade and crown,

to achieve an efficient internal building layout and a unique external building appearance.

This current office building has a nondescript façade and crown design with half-height windows. OWAA has proposed for a revamp of the façade to bring in full-height glass to the facade glazing and to achieve a crown design that is modern and coherent with rest of the building. This will enhance the exposure and maximize the view for this corner office building.
