Co-Living Chalets at Pasir Ris Park (un-built)

OWAA has been invited to join a consortium in putting up a bid for a land lease tender at Jalan Loyang Besar. The site comprises of 17 rows of chalet units nestled within the lush greeneries of Pasir Ris Park. The site has seen the heydays of the family chalets and is now at its next stage of development to be converted into a mixed-use co-living and lifestyle destination.

OWAA envisage the chalet compound to be a fenceless compound promoting seamless integration with the Pasir Ris Park. A new entrance has also been proposed to create greater synergy with the nearby Downtown East Resort, offering park-goers an activated entry into the Pasir Ris Park. 

A public linear park runs through compound where existing car parks are turned into children’s playground, existing footpaths are turned into jogging tracks, existing pool is turned into recreational pond and chalets are turned into bike and sports cafes.

Several chalet units are being combined to create larger units catering for corporate bookings, wedding events and large family gatherings, to supplement the other existing chalets found at Pasir Ris Park where the smaller rooms cater for smaller group gatherings. Some standalone chalet units are being turned into private garden suites with a focus on outdoor and wellness facilities, nestled within the privacy of lush mature landscaping. Large outdoor social kitchens are located next to the chalet units to allow guests to mingle in a shared dining environment over food, drinks and fun.
