Circular Road Heritage Office

This is a 3-storey conserved office shophouse in the Boat Quay Historic District. OWAA has been appointed to restore the shophouse fully, including repair/replacement/repainting of the façade elements, and to add an attic floor to increase the usable floor area of the shophouse. The original traditional signage have also been restored to include both the Chinese and English names of the original business operating in the shophouse.

Contrasting colours of grey, white and red are used to bring out the architectural elements

of the building while continuing to imbue in the shophouse a sense of gravitas one would expect from a heritage building.
