Architectural Qualified Person for GRAB Headquarters Office, Canteen, Cafeteria & Retail Fit-Out Works

To ensure smooth shifting of Grab’s headquarter office into their newly completed headquarter at One North (Bouna Vista) that would be carried out in phases amid the COVID-19 situation, OWAA is appointed as the Architectural Qualified Person in advising the Client and submitting to the relevant authorities for clearances on their 200,000sqft office space,

which includes workspaces, canteen, cafeteria, outdoor refreshment areas, commercial retail, etc. OWAA works closely with the various users (stakeholders) of the different departments to understand and ensure that the tight timeline in shifting to their new office is being carried out timely and in accordance with the relevant authority regulations.
