Downtown Office Duplex

Located in the heart of Singapore Central Business District, OWAA is appointed to design the interior spaces of an office duplex. The main direction of client’s design brief is to create

a corporate outlook, yet a cosy and welcoming ambience,

for the office interior space. And given the limited size of the office, the client would like to create a perception of an expansive space yet carving and demarcating the interior spaces to distinguish the public interface from the private work spaces. At the same time, the client would require substantial storage spaces without diminishing the usable office space.

The interior design of the duplex office has successfully achieved client’s design requirement by using screens and mirrors with a well-balanced palette of warm colors with dark accents, and also the clever use of the double volume duplex spaces for multi-level storages.
