Location:

GFA:
Approx. 4900m2
Completion:
Expected 2nd Quarter of Year 2024
This mixed-use development comprises of a row of 11 conserved 3-storey commercial pre-war shophouses and a 6-storey rear extension residential block. Together with the client, OWAA has designed for addition of 2 more floors on top of the existing rear extension block and converted the rear extension block from an office to a residential block.
Through a design of reconfiguring and streamlining the interior layouts, this mixed-use development can yield a total of 31 commercial units and 18 residential units.
The conserved shophouse façade would also be repainted with its original façade moldings and tiles, timber louvred windows and clay tiled roofs restored.
