Serviced Apartments at River Valley

No. 3 Tank Road was originally a 4-storey residential shophouse with an existing attic. Together with the building owner, OWAA has successfully converted the use from 3 residential units to 6 serviced apartment units, catering for the foreign expatriates in River Valley.

Given the wide demographics of the expatriates, OWASS has designed for different unit types ranging from studio apartments, 2-bedroom apartments to duplex apartments. Each unit is self-sufficient with its own kitchenette, bathrooms, bedrooms and living spaces. The interior design focus on a rich and warm material palette with a touch of brass, that exudes a sense of luxury and warmth.
